Our facility includes: stability apparatus (accelerated
stability testing ovens,
freezer, refrigerator), high shear mixing equipment (Silverson
homogenizer, Colloid Mill), vacuum oven, Brookfield viscometers, Carver powder press,
vacuum kettle, etc. In short, we possess any and all equipment
necessary to formulate practically all personal care formulations,
including color cosmetics and salon products. Cosmetech Laboratories has formulated virtually every type of personal care item on the market including: Haircare products (shampoo/conditioner, hair spray, hair gels and glosses), Ethnic haircare (relaxers), Depilatories, Anti-Aging Products, Creams & Lotions, Microemulsions, Antiperspirants & Deodorants, Sunscreens & Self Tanners, Nail Products, Bath Products (oils, bubble baths, shower gels), Acne Products, Facial Cleansers & Make-up Removers, AHA & BHA Products, Shave Products (gels, creams, foams), Ointments, Skin lighteners & Facial Bleaches.  |

Cosmetech Laboratories has an extensive product stability
program to carefully monitor the stability of all products that we
create.
An integral part of the stability program is examining the particle sizes of the emulsions at set intervals and observe the rate of change in the particle sizes. To do this we use a high power microscope with an integrated digital camera that allows us to view and capture live 640x800 size images on the computer screen. |
