This is a unique formulation that takes advantage of a very absorbent, hydrophobically (silicone) modified silica that forms a "mini" powder emulsion when mixed with the aqueous glycol blend .  The very high surface area of the Silica Silylate allows this unique combination to remain a free flowing powder when packed in small ampoules.  Under the slightest shear, the powder particles quickly "break" and releases the glycol-water blend that rapidly disappears.

After the "emulsion" absorbs the powder leaves a typical dry silica feel.
